Kathy

Kathy has been an AFAA certified group exercise instructor for 20 years. She began taking yoga classes to incorporate balance and flexibility into her fitness routine. She soon discovered how yoga was able to calm the mind as well as benefit the body. As she continued to practice and learn from a variety of excellent instructors, yoga became her favorite physical activity. She completed her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training with Mark Stephens in 2016. Kathy teaches a Vinyasa Flow that is accessible to all levels of students.
